复方降压片做为抗高血压的常用药物应用较为普遍。在此药的应用中,亦应注意剂量的个体化。本药虽然较为安全,但如应用不当,血压降的过快或/和太低,也易导致心、脑等重要脏器血供不足,产生一系列副作用。1981年～1982年笔者在门诊收集复方降压片引起的急性心、脑血管供血不足的病例12例,列表讨论如下: 由下表可见,12例出现急性心、脑血管供血不足的病例中,应用常规剂量复方降压片每日三次,每次1～2片,三日内血压下降幅度在32～106/8～38mmHg范
