目的 探讨从尖吻蝮蛇毒中分离得到的具有凝血酶样酶活性的蕲蛇酶抗实验性肿瘤转移作用。 方法 用尾静脉注射体外培养的黑色素瘤 B1 6和肉瘤 S-1 80细胞的小鼠肺转移模型 ,注射瘤细胞前后分别腹腔注射药物 ,2 0天后处死小鼠 ,计数肺表面转移瘤结节数。 结果 蕲蛇酶剂量在 2~ 5AU/kg ip能明显减少 B1 6在 C57BL小鼠及 S-1 80在昆明鼠的肺转移结节数 ,但对转移瘤小鼠的生命无明显的延长作用。 结论 蕲蛇酶具有抗小鼠实验性肿瘤转移作用
Objective To investigate the anti-metastasis effect of a snake snake enzyme with thrombin-like enzyme activity isolated from Agkistrodon acutus. Methods A mouse lung metastasis model of melanoma B1 6 and sarcoma S-1 80 cells cultured in vitro was injected through the tail vein. The tumor cells were intraperitoneally injected before and after the injection of the tumor cells. The mice were killed 20 days later. The number of metastatic nodules on the lung surface was counted. . RESULTS: The enzyme dose of apocynin at 2-5 AU/kg ip significantly reduced the number of pulmonary metastatic nodules of B16 in C57BL mice and S-1 80 in Kunming mice, but no significant prolongation of the lives of metastatic mice. Conclusion The snake snake enzyme has anti-mouse experimental tumor metastasis
