在推广无水乙醇燃料的工作中,少数人的认识及一些资料中存在一个误区,似乎只有无水乙醇才能作为燃料,而含水乙醇就不行。实际上并非如此。在当前每吨无水乙醇比含水乙醇约贵1000元的情况下,研究和应用含水乙醇燃料是减轻用户及国家财政补贴支出、扩大乙醇应用市场、解决石油燃料不足的重大措施。实际上,国外早已将含水乙醇作为车辆的燃料。例如巴西在20世纪70~80年代就已经有450万辆汽车使用含水5%的乙醇作燃料。
In promoting the work on anhydrous ethanol fuel, there is a misunderstanding in the minority’s understanding and some data. It seems that only anhydrous ethanol can be used as a fuel while hydrous ethanol can not. This is actually not the case. At a time when the current per tonne of anhydrous ethanol is about 1,000 yuan more than that of hydrous ethanol, the research and application of hydrous ethanol fuel is a major measure to reduce users and state financial subsidies, expand the market for ethanol and solve the shortage of petroleum fuels. In fact, foreign countries have long used hydrous ethanol as a vehicle fuel. For example, in the 1970s and 1980s, Brazil already had 4.5 million vehicles that used 5% ethanol in water as fuel.
