目的了解河南地区油库及部分加油站的职业病危害因素,为制定防治对策提供依据。方法采用职业卫生现场调查法,现场采样,按照《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》(GBZ 159-2004)进行选点和布点。根据《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值第1部分化学有害因素》(GBZ 2.1-2007)、《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值第2部分物理因素》(GBZ 2.2-2007)对检测数据进行评价、分析。结果在油库和加油站中的主要职业病危害因素有苯、盐酸、汽油和噪声等。部分岗位噪声值达88.2 dB(A),汽油浓度达146 mg/m3,苯浓度达8.3 mg/m3。结论噪声和苯是油库和加油站职业病危害关键控制点。
Objective To understand the occupational hazards of oil depots and some petrol stations in Henan Province, and to provide evidence for the development of control strategies. Methods The occupational health field investigation method was used to sample on-site and carry out the selection and distribution according to the “Sampling Specifications for the Monitoring of Hazardous Substances in the Workplace” (GBZ 159-2004). The test data were evaluated according to “Chemical Hazard Factors of Part 1 Occupational Exposure Limits for Hazardous Locations in the Workplace” (GBZ 2.1-2007) and “Physical Factors Part 2 Occupational Exposure Limits of Hazardous Factors in the Workplace” (GBZ 2.2-2007) ,analysis. Results The main occupational hazards in oil depots and gas stations include benzene, hydrochloric acid, gasoline and noise. Part of the post noise value of 88.2 dB (A), the gasoline concentration of 146 mg / m3, benzene concentration of 8.3 mg / m3. Conclusion Noise and benzene are the key control points of occupational hazards in oil depots and service stations.
