目的:建立一种用手性流动相拆分并测定 DL-(±)蛋氨酸对映异构体的方法。方法:迪马公司 Dinmonsil C_(18)柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),含有3 mmol·L~(-1)硫酸铜、6 mmol·L~(-1) L-苯丙氨酸的水溶液-乙腈(98:2)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min~(-1),在254 nm 检测。结果:D-(-)和 L-(+)蛋氨酸峰的保留时间分别为9 min 和10 min,分离度为1.4。结论:方法的重复性好,操作简单,可用于 L-(+)蛋氨酸原料中可能残存的 D-(-)蛋氨酸的测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the separation and determination of DL- (±) methionine enantiomers using a chiral mobile phase. METHODS: Dinmonsil C_ (18) column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) containing 3 mmol·L -1 copper sulfate and 6 mmol·L -1 L-phenylalanine in aqueous solution - acetonitrile (98: 2) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min ~ (-1) at 254 nm. Results: The retention times of D - (-) and L - (+) methionine peak were 9 min and 10 min, respectively, and the resolution was 1.4. Conclusion: The method has good repeatability and simple operation, and can be used for the determination of the remaining D - (-) methionine in L - (+) methionine.
