现实的需要永远是改革的动力。最近一个时期,我国经济社会发展重点推进制造业转型升级、新型城镇化建设、农业现代化发展、精准扶贫及人口年龄结构优化等五项工作,而这五项工作都与职业教育息息相关。这些工作都对职业教育改革与发展提出了要求,职业教育应注重从人力资本提升角度出发完善人力资源供给机制,优化人力资源供给结构,提升职业教育服务经济社会发展的能力。 Realistic needs will always be the driving force for reform. In the recent period, China’s economic and social development focused on five tasks: upgrading and restructuring of the manufacturing industry, new urbanization, development of agricultural modernization, precise poverty alleviation and population age structure optimization, all of which are closely related to vocational education. These tasks all set requirements for the reform and development of vocational education. Vocational education should focus on perfecting the human resources supply mechanism from the perspective of enhancing human capital, optimizing the structure of human resources supply, and enhancing the ability of vocational education to serve the economic and social development.
