目的 建立更灵敏的测定空气中硫化氢的方法。方法 用过量定量的HgCl2 与S2 -反应 ,冷原子吸收法测定残余汞量 ,从而间接测定空气中硫化氢含量。结果 本方法线性良好 (r =- 0 .9995 ) ,检测下限极低 (即 0 .0 5ug/L) ,精密度、准确度良好。 结论 本方法可用于测定空气中硫化氢。
Objective To establish a more sensitive method for the determination of hydrogen sulfide in the air. Methods The amount of residual HgCl2 in air was measured indirectly by HgCl2 and S2 - reaction with excess amount of HgCl2 and cold atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The method was linear (r = - 0.9995). The detection limit was very low (ie, 0. 05 ug / L). The precision and accuracy were good. Conclusion This method can be used to determine hydrogen sulfide in the air.
