新课程是一场意义重大的教育重组活动,其中,最活跃的因素是人。因此,教师将与新课程同行,在新课程中实现自我转变和自身发展。相对于传统的教师特征,新型教师具有教育观念新、教育方式新、教育技术新等基本特点,从这个意义上说,新课程需要教育观念、艺术修养、知识结构、业务能力等方面焕然一新,集教学、科研于一身,既有教学实践,又有理论研究,既熟悉教育规律,又了解教学艺术的新型音乐教师。为适应21世纪音乐教育的发展,音乐教师要在新课程改革中,转变教育观念和角色,提升素质及修养。
The new curriculum is a significant educational restructuring activity, of which the most active factor is people. Therefore, teachers will walk with the new curriculum and achieve self-transformation and self-development in the new curriculum. Compared with the traditional teachers’ characteristics, the new teachers have the basic characteristics of new concepts of education, new ways of education and new educational technologies. In this sense, the new curriculum requires a new look in terms of educational concepts, artistic accomplishments, knowledge structure and business capabilities. Teaching and research in one, both teaching practice, but also theoretical research, both familiar with the law of education, but also to understand the art of teaching a new type of music teacher. In order to adapt to the development of music education in the 21st century, music teachers should change their educational concepts and roles, enhance their qualities and accomplishments in the new curriculum reform.
