无线传输技术目前在各生产领域都得到了广泛应用。华北油田采油工艺研究院为了解决油井的生产测试问题,研究了以声波为传输载体的无线传输测井工艺技术,该工艺技术在油井检泵作业施工期间进行,测试仪器和无电缆传输系统随泵下入井内,测试得到的数据转换为声波信号,沿油管传输到地面,被安装在井口的声波接收探头接收。通过数据处理与解释,得到该井目前生产状态下的动态资料,可实现油井长期、实时监测。该技术在华北油田和吉林油田进行了现场试验,传输深度接近2000m,为油田开发方案的判定,提供了准确的资料。同时讨论了声波在油井中的衰减规律,提出了无电缆传输测试技术中的设计原则。
Wireless transmission technology is now widely used in various production areas. In order to solve the problem of oil well production test, Huazhong Oilfield Oil Recovery Technology Research Institute has studied the wireless transmission logging technology using sound waves as the transmission carrier during the operation of the oil well inspection pump. The testing instruments and cableless transmission system with the pump Down into the well, the measured data is converted to acoustic signals, transmitted along the tubing to the ground, and received at the acoustic receiver probe installed at the wellhead. Through the data processing and interpretation, the dynamic data of the well at the current production status can be obtained, which can realize the long-term and real-time monitoring of the well. The technology in the North China Oilfield and Jilin Field conducted a field test, the transmission depth of nearly 2000m, for the oilfield development program to determine and provide accurate information. At the same time, the attenuation law of sound wave in oil well is discussed and the design principle of cableless transmission test technology is put forward.
