血府逐淤汤高浓度下可降低免疫超常小鼠血清过高的IL-2含量至正常水平;低浓度下可使免疫低下小鼠血清IL-2增高至正常水平;对免疫功能正常状态小鼠血清IL-2含量无影响。高浓度血府逐淤汤可使异常降低的SIL-2R水平升至正常;低浓度血府逐淤汤可使异常升高的SIL-2R水平降低,但血府逐淤汤对正常水平SIL-2R无影响。提示血府还淤汤对机体细胞免疫应答的影响具有剂量依赖性及双向性调节的特点,并且取决于机体当时的状态。
The high serum concentration of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can reduce the serum IL-2 level in immunosurpassed mice to normal level; at low concentrations, serum IL-2 levels in immunocompromised mice can be raised to normal levels; and the immune function is normal. Rat serum IL-2 content had no effect. High-level Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can raise the abnormally decreased SIL-2R level to normal; low-level Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can cause abnormally elevated SIL-2R levels, but Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction normal level SIL- 2R has no effect. It is suggested that the effect of Xuefu Huayu Decoction on the cellular immune response of the body has the characteristics of dose-dependent and bi-directional regulation, and depends on the state of the body at that time.
