目的调查了解某酒店诺如病毒污染引起的食源性疾病的暴发情况及其原因。方法采用现场流行病学方法,根据病例定义搜索病例。分析暴发地点的基本情况、疾病的流行病学和实验室检查情况。结果共累计发生66例病例,其中酒店员工17例,顾客49例。酒店员工罹患率为29.82%(17/57),顾客罹患率为0.05%(49/100 120)。平均潜伏期为24.8 h(0.5~51 h),采集粪便标本共24份,其中7份粪便标本诺如病毒阳性。结论该起疫情的原因可能为酒店腹泻员工带病工作,通过接触、交叉污染环境食物、气溶胶等方式传播,造成酒店员工和顾客相继发病。流行病学调查结果显示,该事件为1起诺如病毒引起的感染性腹泻暴发,排除食物中毒。
Objective To investigate the outbreak of foodborne illness caused by polluted Norovirus in a hotel and its causes. Methods Using on-site epidemiological methods, cases were searched according to the definition of cases. Analysis of the outbreak of the basic situation, disease epidemiology and laboratory tests. Results A total of 66 cases occurred, including 17 hotel staffs and 49 customers. The hotel staff attack rate was 29.82% (17/57), the customer attack rate was 0.05% (49/100 120). The average incubation period was 24.8 h (0.5 ~ 51 h). A total of 24 stool specimens were collected, of which 7 stool specimens were Norovirus positive. Conclusion The reasons for the outbreak may be that hotel employees are sick and work through contacts, cross-contamination of environmental foods and aerosols, causing the hotel staff and customers to have one after another. Epidemiological survey results showed that the incident was an outbreak of infectious diarrhea caused by Norovirus, excluding food poisoning.
