前言一九七九年我们用电解加工方法加工了两种涡轮叶片的叶身型面。其中,低压一级叶片的材料为NIMONIC 105,低压二级叶片的材料为NIMONIC 80A.采用了同样的机床,电源装置,工装,电解液及类似的加工参数,却获得两种截然不同的效果。N.80A表面光度在▽8以上,表面质量良好,平整光滑,呈金黄色,没有例外的加工缺陷;N.105则光度为▽5左右,表面质量低劣,凹坑不平,麻点遍布,呈墨黑色。其缺陷严重影响了产品的合格率。
Preface In 1979, we machined the blade profile of two turbine blades using electrolytic machining. Among them, the low-pressure first-stage blade is made of NIMONIC 105 and the low-pressure second-stage blade is made of NIMONIC 80 A. The same machine tool, power supply unit, tooling, electrolyte and similar processing parameters are used with two very different results. N.80A surface brightness above ▽ 8, the surface quality is good, smooth, golden yellow, without exception, processing defects; N.105 brightness is about ▽ 5, the surface quality is poor, uneven pit, pitting around, was Ink black. Its defects seriously affect the passing rate of the product.
