“公路通,百业兴”。公路是社会经济发展的基础已成为人们的共识,修建公路、改善通行条件的要求迫切,呼声也越来越高,而爱护、维护公路,使公路发挥最大效益,往往被人们所忽视,蚕食、侵占、破坏公路的现象时有发生,极易发生的垃圾问题现在也成了公路管理的“难点”。公路垃圾的泛滥,不仅侵占了公路,阻塞了水沟,污染了环境,而且危及行人和车辆的安全,还给养护工作增加很大的负担,严重破坏了路容路貌。湖南益阳公路上垃圾最多的是319国道益阳路段,已严重损坏了这条省级文明路的形象。带着这一问题,最近,笔者就319国道上垃圾多的问题进行了调查。就目前状况看,确实不容乐观。 “Highway, all industries Xing ”.
