一、概述为了解决小子溪水库(总库容470万立米,死库容40万立米)的防洪、检修和增加供水量等问题,在大坝右岸开凿了全长380米的引水隧洞。由于隧洞进水口位于水库死水位以下,而采用了水下岩塞爆破方案。78年1月21日,水下爆破成功,爆破效果较好,进水口成形尺寸基本符合设计要求;同时未衬砌隧洞无塌方,石渣顺利泄走,爆破振动对相距129米的土坝、闸门和相距250米的电站等水工建筑物没有产生任何破坏影响。
