该院神经内科副主任医师王运良采用双抗体夹心固相免疫放射试验,定量测定了脑血栓急性期与恢复期患者血浆血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白的浓度,并与正常对照组进行了比较。 结果显示,患者急性期血浆血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白浓度显著高于恢复期及正常对照组,恢复期患者较正常对照组无显著差异。说明脑血栓急性期患者血小板高度激活,聚集性增强,应进行早期、持续性抗凝治疗。血小板在生理或病理因子刺激下可被激活,释放出血小板第
Wang Yunliang, MD, deputy chief physician of neurology of the hospital, used dual antibody sandwich-type solid phase immunoradiometric assay to quantitatively determine the plasma platelet α-granule membrane protein in patients with acute and convalescent cerebral thrombosis and compared with the normal control group. The results showed that in patients with acute phase plasma platelet α-granule membrane protein concentration was significantly higher than the recovery and normal control group, convalescent patients than the normal control group no significant difference.
