目的掌握广安市蚊类种群分布和季节消长规律,为防制虫媒传染病提供科学依据。方法用诱蚊灯法进行监测,将诱集的成蚊用乙醚麻醉后进行分类鉴定和统计。结果成蚊密度呈现逐年上升趋势,2012年比2011年上升了30.57%,平均密度达到了17.34只/灯·h。7月蚊密度最高,2012年7月成蚊密度达61.81只/灯·h;致倦库蚊和三带喙库蚊为广安市优势蚊种;农村牲畜棚为成蚊主要栖息繁殖场所。结论开展蚊类防制应以环境治理为主,并结合种群特点和季节消长规律进行科学防制。
Objective To master the distribution and seasonal fluctuation of mosquito population in Guang’an and provide a scientific basis for the prevention of vector-borne diseases. Methods The mosquito lamp method was used for monitoring. The trapped adult mosquitoes were anesthetized and classified for identification and statistics. Results The density of adult mosquitoes showed an upward trend year by year. In 2012, the density of adult mosquitoes increased by 30.57% and the average density reached 17.34 / lamp · h. July mosquito density highest, in July 2012 the adult mosquito density of 61.81 / lamp · h; Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus and Culex tritaeniorhynchus for the dominant species of mosquitoes in Guang’an; rural livestock shed adult mosquito breeding habitat. Conclusion Mosquito control should be dominated by environmental management and should be scientifically controlled according to the characteristics of the population and seasonal fluctuation.
