With the accelerating process of localized management and enterpriseization of geological exploration units, the quality requirements for middle-level cadres are also increasing. Whether or not we can step up training and build an excellent middle-level cadre team is the key to ensuring the continuous growth of the geological exploration economy and maintaining the stability of the workforce. It is imminent to improve the overall quality of middle-level cadres in geological exploration units.
