信息化丰富了人文社会科学期刊的传播途径,促进了信息知识的广泛交流,同时也对期刊角色定位、期刊栏目建设、编辑部学术队伍建设、期刊的营销等提出了更多的新的要求。以往研究过多关注于刊物本身,而对刊物的真正的操作主体——人的研究少之又少,人的能动性对于刊物的运行以及质量管理具有重要的作用。文章以信息化为背景,从人的主体性角度出发,力图阐明社会科学期刊的社会功能定位以及在实现期刊的社会功能时潜入其中的复杂社会关系是如何运作的,又会如何影响到期刊的质量。
Informatization has enriched the channels for the dissemination of humanities and social science journals, promoted the extensive exchange of information knowledge, and put forward more new requirements for the positioning of periodicals, the construction of periodical columns, the academic team building of editorial departments and the marketing of periodicals. In the past, too much attention was paid to the publication itself, and the actual operation body of the publication - human research was rare, and human initiative played an important role in the operation and quality management of the publication. From the perspective of human subjectivity, the article attempts to clarify how the social functions of social science journals locate and how the complex social relations infiltrated into them in realizing the social functions of journals work and how they affect the quality.
