乌头碱属双酯类生物碱,其毒性极大,有敬剂量与中毒量接近,口服3—5mg 即可造成死亡。其酯键水解后生成单酯的苯甲酰乌头碱(Picraconitine),再进一步水解生成氨基醇类的乌头原碱(aconine)。反应式如下:苯甲酰乌头碱与乌头原碱的毒性大大低于乌头碱。为保证用药安全,一般中药材炮灸和制剂生产过程均使所含乌头碱有不同程度的水解,并需控制乌头碱限量。乌头碱的限量检查常用薄层层析,其含量测定方法有用薄层扫描的报导,但该法仪器昂贵,不能普及推广。本文应用自制的涂碳 PVC 膜乌头碱电极,利用其对乌头碱
