人才资源配置市场化是整个资源配置市场化的必要条件。人才资源从计划配置到市场配置是一场重大社会变革。在中国这样一个发展中大国,平稳、成功地实现人才资源配置方式的转型,没有出现大量失业,没有出现社会恐慌,不能不说是一个奇迹。目前,我国人才资源配置方式转型已基本完成。回顾转型的过程,研究转型的历史经验,是一件很有意义的事情。
Market allocation of human resources is the necessary condition for marketization of the entire resource allocation. Talent resources from planning to market allocation is a major social change. In a large developing country such as China, it is a miracle that a steady and successful transformation of the way in which human resources were deployed did not result in massive unemployment and social panic. At present, the transformation of the allocation of human resources in China has basically been completed. It is a very meaningful thing to review the process of transition and to study the historical experience of transition.
