研究了用环氧氯丙烷直接与碘化钾饱和水溶液反应制备环氧碘丙烷的方法,该方法制备的环氧碘丙烷的收率可达80%~96%,同时也研究了反应温度、反应时间和碘化钾用量对产率的影响.通过卤代环氧丙烷对苦味酸钾络合能力的测定,探讨了环氧氯丙烷在反应中的自身相转移催化剂作用.
The method for preparing epichlorohydrin by directly reacting epichlorohydrin with saturated aqueous solution of potassium iodide was developed. The yield of epichlorohydrin prepared by this method can reach 80% ~ 96%. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and The effect of dosage of potassium iodide on the yield was investigated by measuring the complexation of halogenated propylene oxide with potassium picrate, and the effect of self-phase transfer catalyst of epichlorohydrin in the reaction was discussed.
