一直以来都有那么一种说法,说文学作品,尤其是诗歌散文一类,很难从其原作的语言翻译成另一种语言还保持完全的意境——如果你看过了中文版的莎士比亚《十四行诗》之类的作品,就会觉得,虽然那是一些可敬的大师所作的翻译,但读起来经常古怪或者傻兮兮的。要笔者说,其实很多汽车类专用词汇翻译成标准的汉语也颇难完全体现出其原意。可能是主导着汽车界的字母语言(英语、德语、意大利语等)和我们的汉语表达方式实在是差异太大,而同样以汉字来书写的日语里,倒是基本只用假名拼出汽车用词的音,一般不做拙劣的意译,词不达意、经常搞得人头晕脑胀的常用汽车词汇在我们的生活中比比皆是。
