对于较为复杂零件来说,传统的手工编程在加工的过程中,不仅仅时间相对较长,其数据和信息的准确性,也存在着一定程度上的误差,导致数控加工的效率下降。但是,随着我国科学技术的不断发展,CMA对数据加工起到了重要的意义和作用,利用CMA对数零件进行建模,对其参数进行全面的设置,利用相应的程序进行加工。但是,在零件数据加工的过程中,要和设计图纸中的形状、大小、尺寸等相吻合,这样也是对CAM软件在数控加工的过程中起到了重要的意义。
