目的对丁茄全草60%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分进行化学成分研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、制备薄层和重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱技术对单体化合物进行结构鉴定。结果分离鉴定了12个苯丙素类化合物,分别鉴定为N-反式阿魏酰酪胺(1),N-对反式香豆酰酪胺(2),丁香树脂酚(3),松柏醇(4),楝叶吴萸素B(5),erythro-1,2-bis(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1,3-propanediol(6),蛇菰宁(7),simulanol(8),山橘脂酸(9),threo-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-{4-[(E)-3-hydroxy-1-propenyl]-2-me-thoxyphenoxy}-1,3-propanediol(10),tribulusamide A(11),咖啡酸(12)。结论化合物1~12为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物5~10为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate extract of 60% ethanol extract of the whole plant. Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, preparative TLC and recrystallization. The structures of the compounds were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic techniques. Results Twelve phenylpropanoids were isolated and identified as N-trans-ferulicotylamines (1), N-tosylate (2), syringaresinol (3), coniferyl alcohol 4, neem leaf Wu Yu Su B (5), erythro-1,2-bis (4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) -1,3- propanediol (6) Threo-1- (4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) -2- {4 - [(E) -3-hydroxy- 1 -propenyl] -2-me-thoxyphenoxy} -propanediol (10), tribulusamide A (11), caffeic acid (12). Conclusion Compounds 1 to 12 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 5 to 10 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
