目的:观察前列消汤治疗前列腺增生的疗效并初步探讨其作用机理。方法:采用丙酸睾酮致大鼠前列腺增生模型,进行随机对照分组研究,观察给药前后大鼠前列腺体积、前列腺指数、血清前列腺特异抗原(PSA)及性激素变化。结果:前列消汤可以明显抑制模型大鼠的前列腺增生,减小大鼠前列腺体积、湿重、前列腺指数,降低大鼠的睾酮(T)水平,提高大鼠的雌二醇(E2)、E2/T水平,降低大鼠血清PSA的表达。结论:前列消汤对丙酸睾酮所致前列腺增生有明显的抑制和治疗作用,其机制可能是通过调整体内性激素水平和比例,抑制前列腺细胞增殖;同时减低前列腺组织淤血,减少腺腔分泌物来实现的。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Qianlie Xiaotang on benign prostatic hyperplasia and to explore its mechanism of action. METHODS: A rat model of benign prostatic hyperplasia was induced by testosterone propionate. A randomized controlled group study was conducted to observe the change of prostate volume, prostate index, serum prostate specific antigen (PSA) and sex hormone before and after administration. RESULTS: Qianliexiaotang can obviously inhibit the benign prostatic hyperplasia, reduce the prostate volume, wet weight, prostate index, decrease the testosterone (T) level in rats, and increase the estradiol (E2) and E2 in rats. /T level, reduced serum PSA expression in rats. Conclusion: Qianliexiaotang can obviously inhibit and treat the benign prostatic hyperplasia induced by testosterone propionate. The mechanism may be through adjusting the level and proportion of sex hormones in the body and inhibiting the proliferation of prostate cells. At the same time, it reduces the congestion of prostate tissue and reduces glandular secretions. Realized.
