用激素荧光素结合物检测法对25例正常人体涎腺组织和70例涎腺肿瘤组织进行了雌激素受体(ER)和孕激素受体(PR)的检测。提出了观察涎腺及其肿瘤组织中 ER 和 PR 阳性、阴性反应细胞的判断标准。初步认为:人体涎腺组织中可能有雌激素或孕激素作用的靶细胞存在,即涎腺腺上皮细胞,且腮腺中数量为多。瘤组织(HR)阳性反应的程度与涎腺肿瘤的部位、病理类型和分化程度有一定关系。部份 HR 阳性反应细胞检出较多的腮腺肿瘤可能是属激素依赖性肿瘤。
The estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) were detected in 25 normal human salivary gland tissues and 70 salivary gland tumor tissues by hormone fluorescein conjugate assay. A criterion for judging ER and PR positive and negative responding cells in the parotid gland and its tumor tissues was proposed. It is initially thought that there may be target cells that act on estrogen or progesterone in the human parotid gland tissue, that is, parotid gland epithelial cells, and there are many parotid glands. The degree of positive reaction of tumor tissue (HR) is related to the location, pathological type and differentiation of the salivary gland tumor. Some HR-positive cells detected more salivary gland tumors may be hormone-dependent tumors.
