新常态下,我国的经济发展逐步转向稳健的步伐,产业结构也不断优化。内蒙古要适应新常态的发展,就必须进行产业的转型升级。同时,在人力资源的开发上做好相应的配备,来适应产业的转型升级。本文主要从新常态的背景下进行研究内蒙古产业转型升级和人力资源开发,以期对内蒙古经济的健康、可持续发展提供一些借鉴。
Under the new normal, China’s economic development has gradually shifted to a steady pace and its industrial structure has been continuously optimized. To meet the development of the new normal, Inner Mongolia must carry out industrial transformation and upgrading. At the same time, human resource development should be properly equipped to adapt to the industrial transformation and upgrading. This paper mainly studies the industrial transformation and upgrading and human resources development in Inner Mongolia from the background of the new normal so as to provide some references for the healthy and sustainable economic development in Inner Mongolia.
