AIDS是由LAV/HTLV-Ⅲ引起的一种致死性疾病,要战胜此病就需了解逆转录病毒引起免疫缺陷的基本机理,生产早期临床应用的药物模型和筛选疫苗。已有几种动物模型的报告,本文旨在对这些模型及与人AIDS进行对比。一、人AIDS 罹患AIDS必须接触LAV/HTLV-Ⅲ,AIDS的潜伏期较长且可变,在输血相关AIDS中,成人为29个月,小儿为14个月。虽然AIDS累及中枢神经系统的证据在增加,但它主要是一种免疫系统疾病。AIDS的特定诊断标准是与LAV/HTLV-Ⅲ感染相关的免疫异常。AIDS相关复合征(ARC)为前驱期症状,大多数患者可发展为AIDS。
