将热焊工艺应用于1.25Cr0.5Mo钢的焊接过程中。采用小孔法对焊接试板的焊接残余应力进行测量。通过改变温度研究在不同工艺条件下1.25Cr0.5Mo钢焊接残余应力的变化规律。对各试件在酸性介质中腐蚀速率进行测量。分析了热焊工艺对焊接残余应力及应力腐蚀性能影响的机理。结果表明,热焊工艺大大降低了1.25Cr0.5Mo钢的焊接残余应力,700℃工艺温度下,横向和纵向焊接残余应力均降低80%以上,抗应力腐蚀性能提升18%。随着工艺温度的提高,残余应力降低程度增大,而降低速率呈先增加后减小的趋势。
The hot welding process used in 1.25Cr0.5Mo steel welding process. The hole welding method is used to measure the welding residual stress of the welding test plate. The change rule of welding residual stress of 1.25Cr0.5Mo steel under different process conditions was studied by changing the temperature. The corrosion rate of each specimen in acid medium was measured. The mechanism of hot welding process on the residual stress and stress corrosion resistance of welding is analyzed. The results show that the welding temperature of 1.25Cr0.5Mo steel is greatly reduced by the hot welding process, and the residual stress in both the horizontal and vertical welding directions is reduced by more than 80% and the stress corrosion resistance is improved by 18% at 700 ℃. With the increase of process temperature, the degree of decrease of residual stress increases, while the rate of decrease increases first and then decreases.
