目的探讨缩短出院者平均住院日的途径。方法对我院近几年缩短平均住院日的做法及其效果进行分析评价。结果通过倡导临床科室应用推广新技术;解决医技部门对临床的“限速”问题;有效地利用患者住院时间,我院区2008年的平均住院日由原来的14.98天下降到12.67天。结论应用科学的管理方法,通过缩短平均住院日,提高医院工作效率。
Objective To explore ways to shorten the average length of stay of discharged patients. Methods of hospital in recent years to shorten the average length of stay in the practice and its effectiveness analysis and appraisal. The results through the promotion of clinical departments to promote the use of new technologies; to solve the clinical department of medical technology “speed” problem; effective use of patient hospitalization, our hospital in 2008 the average length of stay from 14.98 days to 12.67 days . Conclusion The application of scientific management methods, by reducing the average length of stay, improve hospital efficiency.
