内蒙古师范大学雕塑艺术研究院在教学改革实践中不断探索,深入研究国家教育委员会有关人才培养的精神国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)中关于人才培养的精神,努力使当代高等艺术教育适应新时代的要求,形成了一种全新的“学、研、产一体化”高等民族艺术教育办学模式,形成了“一院”“二中心”“三系”若干“研究所和艺术工作室”的架构体系,以“四化教学”——即:理论化教学,技能化教学,课题化教学,实践化教学——为主线,贯穿人才培养的始终。
