心电图正常 T 波形态为上行肢缓慢渐行升高,下行肢急速向下返至基线的正向不对称波形。异常T 波有多种形态,目前对正常形态的正向 T 波尚无精确的正常标准。Groos.D 及楼福庆氏等曾论述关于标准导联心电图 R 波与 T 波关系在临床上的意义。作者等为了明确标准Ⅰ、Ⅱ导联心电图 R 波与 T 波相互关系,对高血压病的诊断意义,选择了100例高血压病与50例健康成年人心电图将 R 波与 T 波关系进行对比分析,研究其诊断意义。
Normal T wave electrocardiogram for the upper extremity gradually increased slowly, the lower extremity down to the baseline back to the positive asymmetric waveform. Abnormal T wave has many forms, the normal morphology of the normal T wave is still not accurate normal standard. Groos.D and Lou Fook Hing had discussed the clinical significance of the relationship between R wave and T wave of standard lead electrocardiogram. In order to clarify the relationship between the R wave and the T wave of electrocardiogram of standard Ⅰ and Ⅱ leads, the author of this study chose 100 cases of hypertension and 50 healthy adults to compare the relationship between R wave and T wave in the diagnosis of hypertension. Analysis, research its diagnostic significance.
