一、充分认识国合商业在经济发展中的重大作用发展社会主义有计划商品经济,必须重视和发挥国合商业在流通中的主体地位和主渠道作用。按照马克思主义的观点和我国社会主义建设的实践,商品流通是社会再生产过程中必不可少的重要环节。流通作为“活跃经济的中心链条”,一方面起到促进生产、指导生产的作用,另一方面又起到调节和指导消费的作用。商品经济越发达,流通就显得越重要。党的十一届三中全会以来,我省国合商业在改革开放的实践中,不断探索和创造了一些搞活企业

Fully understanding the major role of the state-owned commerical commerce in economic development To develop the socialist planned economy, we must attach importance to and play the role of the state-owned commercial commerce in circulation and its main channel. In accordance with the Marxist viewpoint and the practice of socialist construction in our country, commodity circulation is an indispensable and important link in the process of social reproduction. Circulation, as the “central chain of an active economy,” plays a role in promoting production and guiding production on the one hand and regulating and guiding consumption on the other. The more developed the commodity economy, the more important the circulation becomes. Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, in the practice of reform and opening up, our province’s China National Commerce has continuously explored and created some invigorating enterprises.
