分别以未经热处理的试件相互压接、未经热处理与热处理试件压接、经热处理的试件相互压接等三种条件进行了铬钼低碳钢的压焊试验,研究了不同工艺参数和热处理对铬钼低碳钢压焊接头性能的影响。结果表明:压接焊缝的毛边直径随着压接压力及压接长度的增加而增加;经热处理的试件相互压接时,由于接合区域产生的高热量和重熔作用,使焊缝硬度小于热处理后母材的硬度,硬度分布呈“V”字型,而焊后再进行热处理可提高焊缝的硬度。经热处理后试件压接接头的强度要明显高于其他两种试件的压接接头,其拉伸断口组织较为细密,断裂特征为形状不规则的扇形韧性破裂。
