目的研究社区干预措施对高血压病的防治效果。方法把2008年12月份至2009年12月份在我院确诊为高血压病的56例患者随机平均分为对照组(28例)和干预组(28例),采用前瞻性研究方法,给予对照组常规治疗及常规健康教育;干预组则给予各种干预措施,包括多次健康教育、心理干预、生活习惯及饮食、用药指导等多种综合干预措施。对照组和干预组患者定期到我院监测血压,随访2年,比较两组患者血压控制情况。结果干预组血压控制效果好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论社区干预措施能够提高高血压病患者对疾病的认识,更有效地控制血压。
Objective To study the prevention and treatment effect of community intervention on hypertension. Methods Fifty-six patients with hypertension diagnosed in our hospital from December 2008 to December 2009 were randomly divided into control group (n = 28) and intervention group (n = 28). The patients were given prospective study and control group Routine treatment and routine health education. The intervention group was given various interventions, including a number of comprehensive interventions such as health education, psychological intervention, lifestyle and diet, and medication guidance. Control group and intervention group patients regularly to our hospital to monitor blood pressure, followed up for 2 years, comparing the two groups of patients with blood pressure control. Results The blood pressure control effect in the intervention group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Community interventions can improve the understanding of disease in hypertensive patients and control blood pressure more effectively.
