目的观察桑菊薏菇粉对T2DM患者血糖控制的影响。方法本研究选取154例T2DM患者随机分成试验观察组(Obs,n=105)和对照组(Con,n=49),两组分别在每日3餐前开水冲服5g桑菊薏菇粉和对照制剂,持续13周。比较干预前后BMI、血脂、HbA_1c、血糖曲线下增加面积(iAUC)。结果各主要指标与基线比较,Obs组iAUC[365(234,503)vs 276(18,416)mmol·min/L]、HbA_1c[6.5(5.9,7.7)%vs 6.3(5.8,7.2)%]、TG[1.43(0.97,2.13)vs 1.30(0.92,1.95)mmol/L]均降低(P<0.05)。干预后Obs组iAUC低于Con组[276(18,416)vs 377(231,537)mmol·min/L,P<0.05]。结论桑菊薏菇粉有助于控制T2DM患者餐后血糖。
Objective To observe the effect of Sangju mushroom powder on blood glucose control in patients with T2DM. Methods In this study, 154 patients with T2DM were randomly divided into experimental observation group (Obs, n = 105) and control group (Con, n = 49) Formulation for 13 weeks. Before and after intervention BMI, blood lipids, HbA_1c, increased area under the curve of blood glucose (iAUC). Results Compared with the baseline, all the main indexes in the Obs group were significantly lower than those in the Obs group [365 (234,503 vs 276 (18,416) mmol · min / L], HbA_1c [6.5 (5.9,7.7)% vs 6.3 (5.8,7.2)%] (0.97, 2.13) vs 1.30 (0.92, 1.95) mmol / L] (P <0.05). The iAUC in Obs group was lower than that in Con group [276 (18,416 vs 377 (231,537) mmol · min / L, P <0.05] after intervention. Conclusion Sang Ju mushroom powder helps to control postprandial blood glucose in T2DM patients.
