民航业内外普遍存在着对交通运输教育的轻视和误解。对人的综合素质要求极高的交通运输专业管制、签派培养方向,在现行高等院校入学体制下,难以选拔和培养出适应时代和行业发展的优秀人才。民航交通运输专业高等教育长期存在普通教育与职业教育的困惑,长期存在重实践轻理论和重理论轻实践两种倾向。本文以职业问题、教育问题为脉络,通过揭示问题的冰山一角,唤起读者思考,呼吁建立民航交通运输高等职业教育体系,并努力探寻其改革方向。
There is widespread misgivings and misunderstandings about transportation education both inside and outside civil aviation industry. Under the current enrollment system of colleges and universities, it is difficult to select and train excellent talents to adapt to the development of the times and the industry. There is a long-standing confusion in general education and vocational education in higher education of civil aviation transportation. There are two tendencies to practice light theory and emphasize light theory for a long time. This essay takes the career problem and the education issue as the context, and reveals the readers’ thinking by revealing the tip of the iceberg of the issue. It calls for the establishment of the higher vocational education system of civil aviation transportation and tries its best to explore the direction of its reform.
