XWD1系列小型自动电位差计普遍使用在化工、冶金、电力等部门来测量温度、压力、流量等热力参数。这些非电量转换成的电量是一种变化缓慢的微弱信号,要达到正确的指示、记录、控制和调制等作用,必要的手段是对该信号进行调制放大。目前XWD1型电位差计普遍采用的是机械振动调制器(见图1)。它的调制效果较差,寿命也较短。我们用两块集成块试制了一种集成电路调制器(见图2)代替机械调制器,
