当前，国际金融危机对我国实体经济的影响日益加深，兵团农牧团场出现生产经营压力加大、库存积压严重、运营资金趋紧、盈利水平下降等突出问题，企业财务风险进一步加大。财务风险存在于经营活动的各个环节，不同的财务风险产生的具体原因不尽相同，有企业外部的原因，也有企业自身的原因。
