今年的中央电视台3·15晚会上,曝光了中国移动所属的山东和海南移动公司关于大量发送商业广告短信和兜售客户资料信息等问题,引起了社会的极大反响,社会对垃圾短信问题的关注度自2008年的3·15后再一次被拔高,而与去年SP端口垃圾短信成为热点不同,此次矛头指向基础电信企业,多少带了点讽刺的味道。在2008年大半年,在工信部的直接要求下,基础电信企业为治理垃圾短信投入了大量的人力物力,效果较为明显,但同时也暴露了垃圾短信治理的一些难点问题。
