沙棘叶中含有多种营养物质,有些成分的含量高于沙棘果汁、果肉。作者利用沙棘嫩芽叶研制成功沙棘绿茶、沙棘红茶、茉莉沙棘茶、珠兰沙棘茶及玉兰沙棘茶。经鉴定,沙棘茶的生化指标与国内数种名茶相同,外形、汤色及滋味均优,营养丰富,可成为当前国内发展前景甚为广阔的保健茶。本文着重分析了沙棘茶的品质并对沙棘茶的炒制工艺也作了介绍。
Seabuckthorn leaves contain a variety of nutrients, some of the ingredients higher than sea buckthorn juice, pulp. The authors made use of seabuckthorn sprout leaf successfully developed seabuckthorn green tea, seabuckthorn black tea, jasmine sea buckthorn tea, seabuckthorn tea and Magnolia seabuckthorn tea. It has been identified that the seabuckthorn tea has the same biochemical index as several famous tea varieties in China. Its appearance, soup color and taste are both excellent and nutritious. It can become the current health care tea with a broad development prospect in China. This article focuses on the analysis of the quality of seabuckthorn tea and seabuckthorn tea making process is also introduced.
