目的探讨部分抗生素对新生儿疾病筛查Guthrie法实验的影响。方法将不同种类的药敏纸片经热蒸汽处理10分钟、20分钟、30分钟后与未经过热蒸汽处理的药敏纸片和PKU阳性对照血片间隔放入试验凝胶板上,36℃,18h,观察结果。结果青霉素类药物对热敏感,热蒸汽10分钟即可被破坏。头孢类药物对热不敏感,其中先锋Ⅵ(头孢拉啶)、先锋Ⅴ(头孢唑啉)两种药敏片经热处理前后的抑菌环都没有太大的变化,但头孢噻肟热处理20分钟后即被破坏;菌必治(头孢曲松)随着热处理时间的延长而抑菌环直径逐渐减小。结论热处理仅对青霉素类药物有效,而对头孢类药物基本无效。
Objective To investigate the effect of some antibiotics on Guthrie’s method of neonatal screening. Methods Different kinds of drug sensitive paper were treated with hot steam for 10 minutes, 20 minutes and 30 minutes, then placed on the test gel plate with drug-sensitive paper without heat steam treatment and PKU positive control blood film, , 18h, the observation results. Results penicillins sensitive to heat, hot steam can be destroyed 10 minutes. Cephalosporins were not sensitive to heat, of which Pioneer VI (Cefradine), Vanguard V (Cefazolin) two antimicrobial susceptibility films before and after heat treatment did not change much, but cefotaxime heat treatment for 20 minutes After that is destroyed; bacteria must rule (ceftriaxone) with the extension of heat treatment time and the diameter of bacteriostatic ring gradually decreases. Conclusions Heat treatment is effective only for penicillins but not for cephalosporins.
