文学作品有没有艺术的生命,这对于所有文学创作来说应该是一个最根本性的问题。而文学作品的艺术生命来自哪里,却又是一个从实践意义上说带有更为根本性意义的问题。这样的具有根本性意义的问题,我在阅读陈丹青的散文《城市的脉络》时得到了重要的启示。那就是,文学作品的生命归根结底来自于创作主体的内在的生命,当一个创作者以自己的生命靠近创作对象的生命,并以自己的生命来理解对象的生命,进而将生命与生命融为一体,而又将其化为艺术的生命,整个的文学作品也才能真正活了起来。
