1.遵循幼儿的年龄特点和身心发展规律,满足幼儿的心理需要。幼儿并不是一出生就具备分享品质的,“分享”是幼儿社会性发展到一定水平的产物。只有当幼儿达到一定的生理、心理发展水平,拥有产生分享行为的内部动机时,才有可能做出分享行为。幼儿越小,以自我为中心的心理倾向就越明显,成人在培养幼儿分享意识和行为时,应充分考虑幼儿的这一年龄特点和身心发展规律,尽力理解和满足幼儿的心理需要,让幼儿真正感受到分享给自己带来的快乐。
