在冷凝法油气回收过程中,油气组分和含量不断变化,热物性如焓、熵、粘度、比热容等也相应发生改变。为了正确计算动态参数,给出了油气的相平衡计算模型。该模型由物料平衡条件方程组、热力学平衡条件方程组和状态方程结构体系3部分构成,并通过VC++语言编程求解。利用实际气体PR状态方程计算某油气成分在三级冷凝温度4℃、-50℃、110℃下的相平衡特性,与Aspen软件计算结果相比误差不大,可以作为后续流程模拟计算的基础。
In the process of condensate recovery, the composition and content of oil and gas are constantly changing. Thermophysical properties such as enthalpy, entropy, viscosity and specific heat capacity also change correspondingly. In order to calculate the dynamic parameters correctly, the phase equilibrium calculation model of oil and gas is given. The model consists of material balance condition equations, thermodynamic equilibrium condition equations and state equation structure system, and is solved by VC ++ programming. The phase equilibrium property of a certain oil and gas component at the third condensation temperature of 4 ° C, -50 ° C and 110 ° C is calculated by using the PR state equation of the actual gas. Compared with the calculation result of Aspen software, the error can be used as the basis for subsequent simulation calculation.
