本文介绍了在夹块质量攻关中所做的部分工作。简述了夹块结构和热处理工艺对夹块寿命的影响。着重介绍了螺杆式夹块新结构及其特点,以及试验使用情况。螺杆式夹块新结构是用二根可以转动的螺杆代替原来的普通夹块。它的最大特点是打破了传统夹块夹持试样时夹持区不变的特点。螺杆式夹块有良好的受力状态,并且周身是牙,夹持区可变,在某一夹持区损坏后,可使新的牙投入工作,所以大大地延长了夹块的寿命。螺杆式夹块新结构是我国独创的新结构。图8幅,表4个,参考文献7种。
This article describes some of the work done in tackle quality research. The effects of block structure and heat treatment process on the life of block are briefly described. The new structure of screw-type clamp and its characteristics are introduced emphatically, as well as the experimental use. Screw clamp new structure is the screw can be used to replace the original two ordinary clamp block. Its biggest feature is to break the traditional clip clamping specimen holding the same characteristics. Screw-type clamp has a good state of force, and the whole body is a tooth, the clamping zone variable, damaged in a clamping zone, the new tooth can be put into work, so greatly extend the life of the clamp block. Screw clamp new structure is unique to our new structure. Figure 8, Table 4, 7 kinds of references.
