采用二羟异黄酮、三羟异黄酮处理BCap - 37细胞 1～ 4d后 ,以生长曲线、3 H -TdR掺入试验反映其增殖活力 ,用流式细胞仪检测其对细胞周期的影响。结果显示 :1～ 9×10 5mol/L三羟异黄酮处理BCap - 37细胞 3～ 4d后 ,对BCap -37细胞有增殖抑制作用 ,且与剂量及培养时间成正相关 ,而在相同剂量条件下二羟异黄酮对BCap - 37细胞生长无抑制作用。三羟异黄酮处理BCap - 37细胞 4d后 ,BCap - 37细胞的增殖指数明显下降 ,细胞主要阻滞于G1期。提示 :三羟异黄酮对BCap - 37细胞有显著增殖抑制作用
The BCap-37 cells were treated with genistein and genistein for 1 to 4 days. Growth curves and 3 H-TdR incorporation assays were used to reflect the proliferation activity of BCap-37 cells. Flow cytometry was used to examine the effects on cell cycle. The results showed that BCap-37 cells were treated with 1-9.times.10.sup.5 mol/L genistein for 3 to 4 days. The proliferation of BCap-37 cells was inhibited and was positively correlated with the dose and culture time, but at the same dose. Genistein has no inhibitory effect on the growth of BCap-37 cells. After 3 days treatment of BCap-37 cells with genistein, the proliferation index of BCap-37 cells was significantly decreased, and the cells were mainly arrested at G1 phase.
