(一)蜂肽对正常大鼠凝血酶元时间的影响: 蜂毒在体外可以明显延长大鼠的凝血酶元时间,对血液的凝血活酶生成内在凝血系统、凝血酶原激活物的生成有抑制作用。蜂肽是蜂毒的毒素成份之一是否具有相同功能呢?我们设计本实验观察蜂肽对正常大鼠凝血酶元时间的影响。将PMS纯种大鼠(雌性)21只随机分为二组。(1)给药组11只:每日每只大鼠肌肉注射0.07 mg/200g体重蜂肽。(溶解于0.5ml生理盐水中)(2)生理盐水10只:每日每只大鼠肌肉注射0.5ml
