采用三维网络模型对多孔介质中的两组分气体扩散过程进行了计算机模拟 .在考虑了多孔介质微观结构的前提下 ,分析了外界因素和多孔介质结构对曲折因子的影响 .结果表明 ,曲折因子仅与多孔介质的孔道连通性———网络配位数密切相关 ,而与孔道的几何尺寸、扩散温度、扩散物种及浓度无关 .经过Wicke -Kallenbach定态扩散实验验证了这一定性结论的可靠性 .
The three-dimensional network model was used to simulate the two-component gas diffusion process in porous media.On the premise of considering the microstructure of porous media, the influence of external factors and porous media structure on the tortuosity factor were analyzed.The results show that the tortuosity factor Only with the pore connectivity of porous media --- network coordination number is closely related to the geometry of the pore size, diffusion temperature, species and concentration of diffusion has nothing to do.
