8月9日,中宣部、中央外宣办、国家广电总局、国家新闻出版总署、中国记协等五部门联合召开视频动员会议,部署新闻战线开展“走基层、转作风、改文风”活动,得到全国新闻战线积极响应。在深入贯彻落实“走基层、转作风、改文风”活动的过程中,第十一届长江韬奋奖获得者、中国铁道建筑报驻中铁十二局集团记者站站长江耀明为本刊撰写了《在生命禁区求证新闻事实》一文。如今回忆起10年前的青藏线采访,这位从事新闻30年、走遍中国近8万公里铁路、行程超过150万公里的记者总结道:“新闻宣传特别是对青藏线的宣传,绝对不能凭经验、凭感觉、靠道听途说,不能因害怕那里恶劣的自然环境,畏惧路途艰险,而不敢真正贴近青藏线。新闻不贴近青藏线,对那里的一切就没有发言权!”他的实践值得我们每一位新闻工作者用心及用行动去学习!
